We're looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bedroom house near Tower Bridge, as of 19th February.

The house is incredibly central within walking distance to London Bridge station (12 minute walk) or Bermondsey station (7 minute walk),

We’re also minutes away from Maltby Street Market, a number of pubs, restaurants and breweries within short walking distance.

The room is furnished including a double bed and plenty of storage. Comes with super fast fibre internet.

The house has two people per floor and a full bathroom per floor… minimal bathroom traffic jams in the morning!

On the ground floor there is another bathroom, full kitchen large living room and a huge backyard space, perfect for a BBQ in the summer and a life saver during lockdown.

You'll be living with an Irish girl, a Kiwi girl and a Scottish guy, all professionals who work city hours, Monday to Friday. We all get on great, lead busy social lives, and enjoy the odd dinner or drink together when we’re all around.

We are looking for a chilled professional who is a clean and social person to join our home! Preferably someone over 28.

Rent is £760 per month including all bills and household essentials. We also have a cleaner that comes once a week which we all chip in £12.50 per week. Given the size and location of the house - this is an absolute steal.

We'll be doing viewings on Tuesday 24th of Jan from 6pm-9pm.
