I have 1 bedroom available for rent in a large central London apartment, on Northumberland Avenue. Just a few mins away from Trafalgar Square and the National Portrait Gallery! About 2-3 mins walk to both Enbankment and Charing Cross stations. There is a gym immediately below at street level. One can go for a run along Southbank past Parliament or into St. James park towards the palace.

It is £1280 per month for the room pictured with the long table, and with a wall wardrobe on the other side.

The other room is taken.

The rent is including all bills.
The apartment has a large living space with dining table, sofa, and smart TV. Windows with street view. There is a modern shared bathroom with shower and a fully outfitted kitchen. Cleaning service comes in weekly.

I studied Politics at Cambridge and then law, and will now be working as a corporate lawyer in the City.

I'm social and enjoy company though also value my alone time. Some interests include fitness, literature, photography.

My existing flatmate studied history at St. Andrews and is working in fintech.

We're both amiable guys who enjoy a drink, going to the theatre, as well as just chilling/reading/cooking at home.

Room is available from 2nd week of August, as one of our flatmates is moving out at the start of August.
