The room available is a bright and quiet double bedroom, comes with a large desk, in our lovely 4-bed Tufnell Park houseshare (ps we have a garden).

We are looking to fill this room from mid-February, we can be a little flexible with move-in dates so please don't hesitate to ask!
About the room and house:

- The room gets a lot of sunlight and is bright and airy, and freshly painted
- Room has a large closet with lots of storage space
- Transport; 6 mins walk to Tufnell Park tube, 8 mins to Archway tube (zone 2, Northern line). Also close to Gospel Oak and Upper Holloway Overground stations.
- Large living room with dining table, projector and 2 sofas, plants and 2 new desks for WFH.
- Leafy large back garden (with summer garden furniture and BBQ), and front garden (lots of bike storage space)
- House has 3 bathrooms overall; this room shares with 3 occupants (another room is en-suite and there's a downstairs loo also)
- We're on a private gated street with fob access (so no traffic or street noise), which is very friendly and safe, and we've got great relationships with our neighbours.
- Private grassy park for residents (amazing during lockdowns!)
- 10 min walk to the beautiful Hampstead Heath

About us:

We are friendly, professional females (work in teaching and the charity sector) with a mix of interests that in normal times include theatre, eating out, live comedy, tennis, and exploring London, but at the moment are more running, reading, yoga, Netflix binges and trying to keep our plants alive.

We often watch films on the projector and catch up over a bottle of wine together, but also value our own time, space and privacy. We'd love to welcome someone tidy and respectful who wants to be part of our home and ideally we'll become friends with, rather than us all being ships in the night!
