Quiet Single/double Room in a Lovely House

Our garden

We have a single room available in our lovely flat. Sadly I have to move out for work. The flat is in a quiet and green neighbourhood. The room comes with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and overlooks the garden. You can put a double bed in the room if you prefer.

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and lots of storage space through out, a big garden at the back is shared with the upstair flat.

In the area:
7 min to Tufnell Park Tube
10 min to Archway
10 min to Hampstead Heath including swimming, tennis & woodlands
5 min to beautiful Waterlow Park & Highgate Cemetery
Lots of shops, cafe, restaurants and organic shops within a 10 minute walk
7 min cycle to Highgate
20 min cycle to central London

You would be sharing with two kiwis (both work in higher education). They are tidy, chilled, sociable people and want you to feel like this is your home too.

Ideally we looking for someone who stays here for a year (your name will be added on a one year contract). Cats are welcome too!
