A very spacious double room just 20 seconds from Tufnell Park Station, with a bus straight to Kings Cross on the doorstep.

The room comes part furnished with a leather sofa in the bay window. The clothes rail and ottoman bed frame (which has storage under the bed) is available to buy at a small cost - £30 for the rail and £80 for the ottoman bed frame. There is already a mattress. The chest of draws and side tables will be coming with me.

The house includes a large spacious kitchen, separate dining room, three bathrooms and a large garden (the dream!). We're also really close to shops, bars and restaurants - and only a ten minute walk from Kentish Town Station, 20 min walk to the lovely Hampstead Heath and 20 min walk to Camden Town.

The other rooms are currently occupied by 3 male and 3 female tenants - all really lovely and creative. We're a chilled out flat, enjoying our own space while often hanging out in the kitchen and garden. We occasionally have games and drinks in the dining room or we all put together and make a nice big meal for everyone.

A few of us travel for work or head to our family homes at the weekends, so it's a very calm and quiet house.
