2nd floor: On this floor, you will find the kitchen which has a table and chairs. There is also the living room which boasts big windows and lots of space to chill/socialise.

There is also a small roof area we have access to in between these floors which is great in summer!

3rd floor: Huge bathroom with storage cupboard, bathtub and washing machine - Also on this floor is a bedroom (occupied)

4th floor: The two available bedrooms are on this floor also with a closet cupboard where you can hang clothes and use shelves.

The first bedroom (on the pictures) has a large double bed and a large chest. It has space for a desk if needed.

Bills are not included in the rent but total around £100 a month altogether give and take.

The flat is above 2 shops, a post office and opposite a park. With easy access to transport links, 20 mins cycle to central London and 10 mins to Camden.

Looking for tenants ages 19-30 preferable students or young professionals. You will be living with me a 21 year old female from London studying textile at ual - I’m super easy and respectful of space.

Must have UK based guarantor or be able to pay 6 months upfront.
