Hello! We are looking for a new housemate!

The room available is a quiet top-floor en-suite (with a lovely new shower) in a double bedroom, with lots of storage, overlooking our lovely leafy garden, in our sunny 4-bed Tufnell Park houseshare.

We are looking to fill this room from 7 February, we can be a little flexible with move-in dates so please don't hesitate to ask!

About the room and house:

- Transport; 6 mins walk to Tufnell Park, 8 mins to Archway (zone 2, Northern line). Also close to Gospel Oak and Upper Holloway Overground stations.
- The en-suite has a toilet, shower and sink, and space for a laundry basket etc.
N. B. The en-suite has been refurbished so there will be a brand new shower for whoever moves in. New photos to follow in the next few days!
- Large living room with dining table, projector and 2 sofas, plants and 2 new desks for WFH.
- Leafy large back garden (with summer garden furniture and BBQ), and front garden (lots of bike storage space)
- House has 3 bathrooms overall
- We're on a private gated street with fob access (so no traffic or street noise), which is very friendly and safe, and we've got great relationships with our neighbours.
- Private grassy park for residents (amazing during lockdowns!)
- 10 min walk to the beautiful Hampstead Heath!
About us:

We are friendly, professional females (teaching and the charity sector) with a mix of interests that in normal times include theatre, eating out, live comedy, and exploring London, but at the moment more running, reading, yoga, cooking, movie nights, and trying to keep our plants alive.

We often enjoy watching TV or films over a bottle of wine together, but also value our own time, space and privacy. We'd love to welcome someone tidy and respectful who wants to be part of our home and ideally we'll become friends with, rather than us all being ships in the night!
