Room available from Jan 31st in a beautiful refurbished 2-bedroom apartment on Tufnell Park Road, in a Victorian-style building. The room comes furnished and there is a shared living area/kitchen.
The flat is situated in a nice area, which is calm but with sufficient pubs/restaurants/shops and well connected with both the Northern and Piccadilly lines.

You would be sharing the flat with me, a 33-year old Dutch biomedical scientist. I'm a friendly guy who enjoys the occasional shared meal/drink but will also keep to himself mostly. I like music and sailing.

The flat has a shared kitchen / living room and bathroom. There are two bedrooms, one of which is available. I'm looking for a friendly, tidy tenant for the second bedroom. The rent will be 500/month which includes council tax. Cost for utilities and broadband will be an additional 50/month.

I consider my house a place to relax. So if you think of having friends over every other night, this might not be the place for you. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
