It is a quiet, leafy residential area, 8 minutes walk from Tufnell Park and Archway tube stations plus easy access to all major bus routes. Kentish Town and Gospel Oak Overground are a 15 minutes walk away. Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Co-op Supermarkets are close by with cafes, pubs and restaurants in abundance.

The furnished room is medium sized with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, a large cupboard, desk and chair, TV, a desk and chair and free super-fast broadband with Netflix and Disney+.

There is a large kitchen with dining table, washing machine, large fridge and freezer. The bathroom has both excellent shower and bath facilities. There’s wooden flooring throughout the flat.

I am an easy-going homeowner/parent who works from home. I enjoy a friendly chat over a tea/coffee or a glass of wine but I also fully respect personal space and privacy.

My 15 year old son stays 2-3 nights a week and my 21 year old daughter stays once a week. We would prefer a professional female who is chilled and does not work from home,

Teachers and NHS workers are especially welcome.
