We have an unfurnished double room available in our 3-bed flat less than a minute's walk from Tufnell Park tube station.

Hi everyone,

We have a lovely spare double room overlooking a courtyard in our Tufnell Park flat available for rent from around the 26th October. The lease will be for 6 months in the first instance.

The room is a spacious double with a large window and will be unfurnished.

The flat
It's a second floor, large 3 bed flat split across two levels with an open plan living room and kitchen area and two bathrooms.

The room is on a separate level to the other two bedrooms. The first bathroom is next door to it and has a shower, so it would be essentially be an en-suite as we also have a bathroom with a shower upstairs (see floor plan).

We are a 1 minute walk from Tufnell Park tube (you can see it out the window!), a stone's throw from a local Sainsburys, a bakery, fruit and veg shop, coffee shops etc. We are also less than 10 minute walk from Kentish Town tube where you can get the mainline Thameslink train.

The housemates
We're two female professionals, both 29. I work in research and Isabel works at a bank.

We've been living together for several years. We both have hectic jobs and busy social lives so when we’re home we like to chill, catch-up and enjoy some of the local pubs and cafes.

We'd like someone of a similar age - female or male. We’re looking for someone considerate, clean who appreciates a chilled, calm atmosphere at home.

Costs
Rent per month is £679.
The deposit is the same as the rent (£679) and is held in the deposit protection scheme.
No signing fees.
Bills come to around £120 per month.

References
The flat is managed by an agency. They don't charge fees but they do carry out reference checks, so you’d need to be in full time employment.
