The house is on a quiet leafy residential road. To the left of the house you have the lovely Tufnell Park with great pubs and to the right Bustling Holloway Road with all the shops you need. There is a large shared garden (which nobody uses) perfect for this gorgeous summer we are having!
The room is unfurnished (no bed) but already has existing fitted wardrobes and you can make your mark with your own furniture !
You will be sharing with a gay couple, Ali (25) & Daryl 31. Ali is a dancer and Daryl is a designer working for a media agency. We are quite sociable with our own lives but do enjoy the odd glass of wine or dinner with housemates- no hermits please. We have made some great friends from our previous housemates, no pressure.. :)
The house bills usually come to around just under 100 quid a month but we are looking on getting this down. We have a cleaner who is included in the rent so thats a nice little perk.
We are looking for a professional clean/tidy male or female and someone who respects the house they live in. 1 person flat is too small for another couple.
