Decent sized 2-bed flat between Tufnell Park and Kentish Town tube stations. The flat has a really nice open-plan kitchen/living room, all the modern appliances and amenities, including Sky TV, fast broadband, dishwasher (all included in the price). The bathroom has all the things you'd expect a bathroom to have, and the room available is perfectly well sized and comes with plenty of storage space.

Bonus features include a delightful roof terrace, which goes down a treat in the summer, and easy access to Tufnell Park and Kentish Town - a short walk away, and have all the good things you'd expect from north London Zone 2 (cafes, pubs, shops, Sainsburys').

I'm looking for a housemate who is tidy, reliable, treats the flat respectfully, and ideally has some decent chat. I'm in roughly half the week, and like to think I'm pretty accommodating and broadly enjoyable to be around. But why take my word for it! Here's some reviews of former housemates...
