Double room close to station

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to come and join our lovely house in Tulse Hill in early October.

We are 4 young professionals aged 26-29 working in marketing, film and the charity sector. All cis women, two queer and two straight.

We are looking for someone friendly, warm and respectful who shares our passion for being outdoors, movie nights and hanging in our beautiful garden! We all have varying schedules and are out and about a fair bit but equally enjoy time relaxing at home with whoever's around for a glass of wine or dinner etc etc.

The room is £575 with all bills included and one month’s rent deposit (benefits accepted), we deal directly with the landlord so no letting agents involved.

The room is on the ground floor (2 rooms in total on ground floor) and comes with a double bed, shelving, space for a desk and a lovely big window with a view of the garden.

The ad photos are a bit outdated - all of the windows in the house have now been changed to double glazing and all the bedrooms have new carpets! We also have an attic for extra storage.

We're a 2 minute walk from Tulse Hill station, with great links to central London via blackfriars/farringdon, kings x, london bridge etc.

West Norwood High Street, which has all good local amenities and fab pubs is at the bottom of the road and local parks Brockwell, Belair, and Dulwich all close by.
