The rooms are part of a two-bedroom flat, newly refurbished. Both equally large rooms, arranged to enable you to work remotely if needed, with a desk and chair and excellent broadband.

The flat is furnished and has lots of natural light.
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

I am open to renting the flat as a whole, to a couple, or renting out the rooms to a couple of friends, sharing the property. I will not leave in the flat myself from August onwards.

A couple of handy information:
If you travel to work, Tulse Hill train station is 3mins walk away and has a great connection to the City, and the property is also directly served by 3 route buses to Brixton tube station (10mins bus ride, Victoria line), as well as night buses from central London.

Brockwell Park is 3mins walk away, which is a wonderful plus if you like to keep fit: gym, swimming pool and many other activities at your doorsteps.

The flat would suit a couple of professionals who will appreciate a relaxed and tidy household. This is not a party place and I would be more comfortable if this is also what you are looking for !

Rent is inclusive of some bills and broadband.

The rooms/flat will become available on 20/08 2021.
