Internet, Sky TV, and council tax not included in rent - around £80/month split between three.
The flat has a shared lounge with balcony, kitchen, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bay and street parking available.

Tulse Hill station is 10mins walk away and 10mins bus ride to Brixton tube station. There are plenty of amenities nearby: a big Sainsbury's 5mins bus ride away, or Co-Op 5mins walk away, with plenty of pubs and takeaways in Tulse Hill and the surrounding areas. The wonderful Brockwell Park is just across the road.

The flat currently consists of two professional females, one working in the events industry and the other working for an NGO. We love cooking, exercising and are very sociable, but appreciate our own downtime too.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person who appreciates spending time hanging out in the evening, enjoying a cocktail/glass of wine, bingeing Netflix, and going out sometimes at the weekends.
