Spacious double room in a big, bright Victorian 1st floor flat
There is a beautiful huge private garden that belongs to the flat as well
( not shared) :)
Available now but can be flexible

You would be sharing just with me, so no queuing up to the bathroom-which we all know can be a pain! :)
Ideally I would like to live with someone who’s clean and respectful, not a party animal yet sociable and up for sharing an occasional drink or a chat. I’m a very friendly and bubbly person however I do appreciate my own space as well. All with a healthy balance:)
Quiet and leafy area yet so close to the vibrant Brixton, Dulwich and Herne hill with several lovely parks nearby

The rent-£650 plus bills which come to £800 max during winter season
£750 deposit

-There is a massive (30 m long) private garden( not communal!) with a secluded sitting area soaked in the sun all day . Definitely lucky to have found a flat with such a beautiful outside space ☺️
-parking available in our driveway
-spare room which is perfect for storage and at the moment it’s a sitting area as well
-The nearest station Tulse Hill is less than 1 minute away. Brixton station is 8 min on the bus, and West dulwich station is 3 bus stops away. West Norwood station 5 minutes walk. Great transport links to the city , direct train to London Bridge, king’s cross, Blackfriars, Camden, Wimbledon Brighton, Luton etc,
