Hey,
Double room available for a short let of around 3 months (lease ends mid-May). Sorry, no couples!
It is £680 each month including bills/council tax and wifi (reduced from £732). Move-in date is flexible - whenever suits you.
It's a cosy two-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of an old renovated fire station. It has one bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room with a dining room table in. It's a five-minute walk away from Tulse Hill station (10 mins to Peckham/20 mins to London Bridge). The flat is also a 15-minute walk from the bottom of Brockwell Park which is LOVELY and just a bit further to Herne Hill market.
If you WFH, you can have the living room table to work on (where I work now) and my flatmate works in her room so you generally have the room to yourself. The kitchen is already equipped with everything you'll need and you're welcome to use.
My flatmate is 27 and works in virtual events. She is friendly but keeps to herself most of the time as can have a busy work schedule.
You're more than welcome to come round and see the flat or I can provide a virtual tour over WhatsApp. Get in touch if you're interested!
