Lovely single room with shared garden in Tulse Hil

We have a single room available in our spacious flat with a beautiful shared garden. We are a young creative couple who are currently working in the Film, Television, Comedy and Theatre industries.
The flat itself is a two-bedroom place with one big bathroom, a kitchen and a big living room. The living room is our favourite place in the flat with a big comfy couch, TV, a dining table (also good for working) and plenty of plants. We love to socialise with our flatmates! Perhaps sharing a meal or a glass of wine every now and then. Of course, we also like our own space as well. We also keep our flat very clean and cosy, not letting dishes build-up too much but we´re not clean freaks. Live and let live and all that!
We are a 2 minute walk from Norwood Road, which is perfect for shopping, eating out, post office stuff etc. We are also a 5 minute walk from Tulse Hill Railway Station and very well connected with buses.
The neighbourhood in general is really lovely. With lots of local businesses and living in a building with other young couples and young families, you´ll feel quite comfortable.
