The landlord is nice and very chilled . Talking to other Neighboors ( one has been on ground floor for 15 years ) the landlord almost never raises the rent … just be nice and look after the flat and be kind to Neighboors who have been here very long .
I am looking for someone to replace me as soon as I move to my own flat. I imagine I will be bombarded with messages but before you message me please bear in mind the following brand new items I bought to make this flat a nice home. The bed is UK double size I will be leaving this for free.
I will also be leaving the bookshelf and wardrobe for free.
The sofa is L shape leather vintage - I am open to offers. I am happy to keep it to myself or sell it if a good offer.
The flat is NOT suitable for parties. Neighboors are families with small children.
You are welcome to come see the flat before making a decision. It’s an absolute bargain in a great area! I cycle everywhere from here but Brixton tube ( VERY short bus ride ) or overground (15-20min ride ) into LBridge / Farringdon / kings X all within 3-5 min walk.
