Our flat is looking for a couple or a single tenant to fill my lovely room in Chiswick. After several happy months of living here, sadly I now have to move out due to a change in my work circumstances.

The flat is gorgeous, airy and bright. There is a good sized garden that is secluded, gets sun all day and is ideal for barbecues. There is also a conservatory, which is great to lounge in in the summer and that we have often used for dinner parties.

The kitchen is open plan, giving you plenty of space to cook, watch TV and socialise all in the same place but without being on top of each other.

The bedroom is very spacious and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and two small chests of drawers. It has a big window that allows lots of light in and overlooks the secluded part of the garden.

The flat is very well connected - a 10 minute walk from Turnham Green and Chiswick Park Stations (both District and Piccadilly Lines), as well as South Action Station (Overground).

The current tenants (Mel and James) have been wonderful to live with - they are friendly, considerate and good fun to be around. One of the best things about this flat is how much it feels like a home - it is relaxed and comfortable, and is a place you can invite friends back to.

The move in date is the 24th of February 2018. The rent does not include bills.
