Double room - 5 min walk from Turnpike Lane

I am looking for a replacement for my room and a new housemate for my current housemates who are young, sociable, tidy professionals in their 20s and early 30s.

My housemates are Stan, Derek and Ernesto. We are easy going, love our home, like hanging out in our large living room or BBQ in our back garden, but we also respect each other's own space.

The house itself is a 4 bed Victorian property situated on a quiet street with a modern fitted kitchen with DW, WM, a dining room over looking the quiet back garden, a separate living room, a bathroom and a nice sized garden. We have a 49" Smart TV. The facade of the house has just been refurbished. Double glazing windows and wooden floor are throughout the house. It is well furnished and there's plenty of space to do your own thing as well as spending time together.

The location is great with Wood Green high street and all the shops you need a 5 minute walk away, plus there are great transport links (5 min walk to Piccadilly Line - Turnpike Lane Station & central bus stations)

The rent (excluding bills) for the room is £150pw (or £650 per month). Up to 30 September there is a discount on rent offered so the rent is £145pw.

Deposit of £690 (= 1 month rent + 1 month council tax) is required. Reference required. But these are the things which you will deal directly with our landlady.
