Lovely Double Bedroom -Turnpike Lane

Double room for rent during summer available from June 25th to September 25th. The rent is £540 per month for one person or 600£ for two people with all bills included.

It is a 6-room house with a spacious living room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms separated from their respective toilets, two fridges, two washing machines and a side gallery in the living room and kitchen where we store our bikes and put our clothes to dry. The kitchen goes to the backyard, where we also have a grill for barbeques and a swing chair. House-wide wifi and heating work perfectly, even with several people using them. The Turnpike Lane Station (buses and Piccadilly line) is at less than 8min on foot and so is the Wood Green shopping center.

The room is at the back of the house, which makes it the most isolated and silent, as well as the most illuminated given its window to the backyard (with curtains). It is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a chair, two wardrobes, a tall mirror and a chest of drawers.

There are 5 housemates (between 20 and 30 years old) who are really easygoing and respectful. It is always easy to talk with them and there is a really good atmosphere in the house. Besides, there is a weekly cleaning service for the common areas that is included in the rent.
