One of my flatmate is moving back to his country at the end of August and we would like to fill up his place in our 3 bedroom flat. Available from the 26th of August.
So the room is huge as you can see it on the pics. We also have a small storage room and a roof terrace but we don't really use it...
Ideally you will share this flat with an Australian guy who loves travelling and a hungarian one, who likes cooking. I reckon we belong more to the quite type people than to the party animals. Occasionally of course we like going out or just go together to the cinema and we almost never say no to a beer.
So yeah, massive room, nice kitchen, clean bathroom and cool flatmates. What else do you need?! :)
The deposit is 500£ and the rent is 600£.
The only thing what would not comfort you is our main entrance. Which is behind the building and some idiot neighbours tend to leave their rubbish there...
Apart from this everything is great.
