Lovely good size double room in a comfortable clean home is available for a FEMALE. The room is available from the 1st of February.

Good size friendly double room is available for 1 FEMALE. Our house share is a mature professional house share therefore we are looking for someone similar mature student or working professional who is happy to have privacy but open to have a friendly chat. The house is non smoking house so it`s only suitable for non smokers. You`ll be sharing with 2 other professionals.

Our house is not a party house! Rather a quiet home.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk, chair, standing book shelf, chest of drawers, bedside table double glazed windows, etc.

We like our house quiet therefore HAVING GUESTS OVER (especially for overnight stay!!!) is NOT allowed, sorry (Of course close family members are the exception). Also no pets are allowed in the house. Please only answer the ad If you are happy with this conditions. Thank you!

The house is walking distance from the Tube.
- 6 mins walk ( or 2 bus stop), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station.
-and 15-18 mins walk (or 5 -8 mins by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station (Piccadilly line)
Holborne, Russel square, King’s Cross and Covent Garden within 20 min by Tube
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town(24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo

Nice bathroom separate toilet. Small garden. Open plan kitchen living room. Fast Broadband.

The rent is £120/week (approx £ 520/month) all bills are included.

2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent required in advance. The notice is two weeks.
