This is a perfect area for foodies, with many restaurants as well as a community of neighbours selling homemade food from their respective home countries.

One en-suite bedroom on own floor available in a two bedroom house in quiet mews.

Room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Departing housemate is open to reasonable offers about other furniture. Bills eg broadband internet are calculated separately. Shared kitchen and large living room (no TV, but that's possible).

Departing housemate is generously reducing your deposit from £969 to £669 as an extra incentive. (Finding flatmates during lockdown is harder)

Existing housemate is 39, female, quiet, working from home, friendly and independent. Interests: Music, politics, volunteering, festivals.

She is staying indoors all the time so this home is safer than most from Covid-19. No Covid-deniers or anti-maskers please.
