The room has been recently repainted and comes with a mattress with memory foam topper

There are double doors that lead out to our large garden, that provide the room with so much natural light !

The house:
Throughout the months that we’ve been here we’ve been slowly improving the house to make it even more homely than it already was! We have a great sized kitchen with dining table,
a bathroom with separate toilet room
(so there are no queues for the bathroom in the morning!)
A living room with tv in it + we are working on the decoration
and a huge garden that we’ve spent a lot of time working on over the summer!

The housemates:
There are currently 3 of us in the house +me who's leaving
and as we’re slowly coming close to having been here a year, we’re really enjoying living together! You’ll be living with Sarah (a play worker), Cayleigh, (works at a Students’ Union). They are all really chill and love to come together in the kitchen for a chat or a meal together but we also appreciate that alone time is very important! They are all really excited to continue to improve the house to make it into a welcoming and comforting home! It’s also super important to mention that they adopted a furry friend, Sergei (an absolute freeloader who does not pull his weight!), who absolutely loves to chat and provide non-stop entertainment!

The money bit:
Deposit: £670
Rent: £400 per calendar month
Bills: Currently around £70 in winter but it does go down in summer!
We are looking for someone who is willing to sign a contract and would plan to stay longer.

Buses front of the house
Turnpike Lane Station 10 minutes walk
Seven Sisters (0.6 miles)
Harringay Green Lanes (0.7 miles)
Lots of parks within walking distance!
Lots of amazing restaurants from lots of different cultures!
Tesco express and other shops within a few minutes walking distance!
