My flatmate and I are looking for a friendly and chill new flatmate to move in ASAP.
The flat includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with toilets as well as another separate toilets, 3 bedrooms and a terrace.
The vacant room is fully furnished, and comes a separate closet.
The rent is £495, bills come up to £130 (electricity, council tax internet...). There’s also a £553 deposit.
We are looking for someone with strong references (job, precious landlords, guarantor etc). We would like someone friendly, chill, clean and considera te. If possible vegan/vegetarian but it’s not a huge deal. We would also prefer someone that is looking for a long-term stay.
About us, current flatmate, we are both into arts (painting, music, for him photography, fashion for me). We are both working full-time, and one of us from home at the moment. We hope to find someone with whom we can get along and have share interests.
