Spacious Double Room with En Suite and a View

Hi, we're Nadia and Katie (she/her)! We are both architecture master students studying at RCA and CSM and have an affinity for plants :) We are both clean and tidy flat mates and are looking for a third to join our friendly home.

The room is a generous double with all new finishes and fittings; With views looking towards central London, the room is light and airy with 2 large windows. The en suite includes a toilet, sink and shower. The shared living space is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, where we generally relax/cook in the evenings. The flat is fully furnished, includes ample storage space and is fitted with underfloor heating throughout (doesn't make the bills more expensive, promise!).

The flat is perfectly located under a 5 minute walk from Turnpike Lane underground station and high street, and takes just 15 minutes on the Piccadilly line to King's Cross. We are on a quiet residential road, next to Ducketts Common and a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park. We are a 10 minute bus ride to the coffee shops at Crouch End and a 30 minute walk to Alexandra Palace (a bonus during lockdown).

Bills and council tax (Band E - for working professionals) are not included in the rent. We do not pay council tax as we are students.

Note: Our flat is located on the fourth floor (top floor) with no lift - great for the view and our daily leg workouts!
