The studio comes with a wooden floor, allowing for an actual work/life balance in these WFH times.
We treat the house as a peaceful living space, trying to create a spot of zen-like calm in Zone 3. We're looking for someone mindful and easy-going to join us.

Studio details:
• A large internal awning window and a garden door can go through the shared garden directly.
• High ceiling and wooden floors
• Comes furnished with double bed, large fridge, mini-oven with electric double hotplate, 2 x nightstands, 2 x wardrobes, and sofa
• Small kitchen and living space
• Private bathroom with bathtub
• 20th September move-in
• £775 per month rent - all bills not included
• £875 deposit to move in
• No pets

• High ceilings, wooden floors
• Shared kitchen, dining and living area
• 2 Bathrooms (1with bath, 1with shower)

In the house there 8 rooms, two of which are en-suite. We have two bathrooms, that are shared between the remaining 6 rooms. The kitchen area acts as a living room and is equipped with two washing machines, two fridges, two ovens and a fair amount of cupboard space. Each tenant is on rotation to pay £24 for a cleaner, who comes in once a week for communal areas. There is a garden if you are a smoker :)

About us:
We're a bunch in our 20’s - 35’s, so the studio will suit someone or couples working/needing in the daytime. We’re interested in all sorts, creative, and careful about Covid-19.

Local area details:
• Turnpike lane and Wood green nearest tube stations - 5-10 minutes walk to both.
• Great transport links. Piccadilly Line: 24 minutes to Oxford Circus/central London.
• Close to lots of nature: Priory Park, Alexandra Park, Chestnuts Park, Finsbury Park, Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood, Waterlow Park, Crouch End Playing Fields.
• Gym/Fitness: The Gym Wood Green The Mall, Park Road Gym(including Lido & Indoor Swimming Pools), MoreYoga.
• Buses go to Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Euston, Tottenham Hale...etc.
• Supermarkets and shop nearby: Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Holland and Barrett, Poundland, Savers, Tesco, Costa, Asian shop, Vegetable and Fruit Markets.
