I'm looking for someone to share my garden flat which is just behind Turnpike Lane on the way to Hornsey. Very good transport links (Turnpike Lane tube, Hornsey station on the line to Moorgate and multiple buses) and very handy for Green Lanes, Crouch End and Alexandra palace. Nice local pubs. Two Art house cinemas in Crouch End, multiplexes in Wood Green. Excellent 24 hour shop on Turnpike Lane. The bedroom is small, but it does have a double bed (brand new mattress) but in additio to the bedroom there is one large reception room, solely for your use. Shared Kitchen and bathroom. The garden is big and planted for nature and since all the surrounding houses have gardens of a similar size they form a large quiet green area unexpected for the area. If required there is bicycle storage in a secure brick structure in the garden and parking for two cars out front which means you or your visitors don't have to buy parking permits (i don't have a car myself).
It's a surprisingly quiet road.
All the rooms have been re-decorated since I moved in ,except the kitchen (next on list), Bathroom renovated this year and bedroom re-done last year. I work (night shift) in retail four days a week and do a lot of amateur theatre work and am looking for someone who wants a bit of peace and quiet when they come back from work, but also happy to chat now and again. My night shifts mean that full time working from home isn't possible either I'm afraid.
Cats very welcome but not dogs (even small ones) I'm afraid...
