On moving out i'm actually leaving the country for work, so i'm happy to discuss a price to leave some or all of my furniture i. e. my mattress (the landlord's original mattress is stored unused on the mezzanine), rug, armchair, side table, lamp, and the black shelving unit next to the bed.
