Hackney Marshes, Springfield Park and Marina, Lea Valley Park, Stoke Newington Church Street, Chatsworth Road market, Hackney Central are all within a walkable distance.

Sharing with two housemates both professionals who work in charities, one finance and in innovation/ design. It is a fairly quiet but sociable house, interests include design, cooking, sport, music (playing and concerts), cycling, swimming. Given Covid, we are both working from home - but making the most of living next to Hackney Marshes and a lot of green space.

Flat is situated close to Upper Clapton Road/ Clapton roundabout and a short walk from Clapton rail station (direct to Liverpool Street)
