Living Room

Double room available in river side apartment. Room is on the upper level with its own bathroom with bath/shower. The room comes with bed and cupboard. You will need anything else you may want in the room. If you don't need either of those please let me know so I can make a plan. I have fully furnished the apartment.

Its very quiet and peaceful here. Perfect for anyone who loves to relax. There are amazing coffee shops scattered all round here. Great park and marsh land walks in winter or summer, its always beautiful. Perfect for active people, which would be preferred as I enjoy running so a running buddy would be good too. There is a garden and terrace so summers are great, love to bbq and chill on the deck or hammock with a good book and wine. Its also only a 10 minute walk to Clapton Station which takes 12 minutes to get into Liverpool Street Station.

Better to come and see the space yourself.

I am a fashion photographer. Travel a lot for work and generally like to socialise on the weekends. Pre covid of course. My office is at home too and there is a desk space for rent in there if thats of interest, that can be discussed on viewing as will be an extra cost.
