We have two rooms available in our lovely ground floor garden flat is located in a peaceful residential area between Stoke Newington and Upper Clapton with great accesss to areas like Church Street, Clissolt Park, Hackney Marshes, Reget's Canal, Chatsworth Road, Dalston etc.

One room is vacant and available to move in ASAP, and I am planning to move out of my room in mid-May. More info on the rooms below:

ROOM 1 - **Available Now**
The room its self is a big double room partly furnished room with plenty of space to bring in some furniture of your own. And the room also opens out directly to the back garden, which is nice a nice touch. The room is £750 incl. bills, except for internet which is on top.

ROOM 2 - Available Mid-May
This is my room, and is a really beautiful large bedroom with bay windows and plenty of natural light. The room will be unfurnished apart from the cupboard and I'll be taking the bed with me when I move. The room is £800 incl. bill, except for internet which is on top.

We have a large open plan kitchen and south facing garden / patio area which is super sunny all day.

I'll be moving out and am looking for to find new lovely roomies to join current roomie Remy who'll be staying in the flat. Ideally someone who's clean, tidy and friendly :)
