LARGE Double Bed Room in Clapton

Hi all, after 5 lovely years I am moving out of this great flat in Clapton.

The room is available from Sunday the 1st September. We are looking for a female flat mate only to keep the balance. Please no students we need someone in full time employment for the contract.
This is a 4 bedroom flat, we don't have a lounge but the hallway/open area is nice and big, and so is the kitchen so there is plenty of room without feeling on top of everyone, makes sense when you see the layout. Plus there is a 5th smaller room for laundry etc so a lot of space :)

The Toilet and bathroom are separate... which means no one is ever waiting to use either usually.

There is an external storage unit across the hall that belongs just to us, great for bikes, suitcases etc - lots of storage which is rare in London.

Room is a double with two closets and above storage.

The Flat mates:

2 guys & 1 female - all working full time.

what we are looking for:

Female flat mate, full time employment. Everyone is quite busy but gets a long really well so just looking for someone who is friendly and house trained.

If you don’t know Clapton, it really is a gem. We are near a bunch of parks, Chatsworth road (Great market and brunch on a Sunday… and a great vintage cinema that is only a fiver on Mondays)

Lower Clapton, which has lots of good restaurants, charity shops, coffee places and a good record store.

Plus great pubs.. The crooked billet & the Clapton Hart.

Pizza - Both SODO & Yardsale on our doorstep.

We are just a 10 minute train (2 stops) to Liverpool street.. so super easy to get about.
