The property is a semi detached two floors house. It is very well decorated, tidy and in great conditions. It has a big communal living area with a dining table and comfortable couch, fully equipped shared kitchen and bathroom, and a nice garden (over the summer :D).

The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe (other furniture can be provided upon request). Available from the 31th of January (date flexible).

Bills and council tax are not included in the rent and they are approximately 70£ per tenant.

Close to White Hart lane station and a huge Sainsbury shop. The closest bus station is Nutfield Close (149, 259, 279, 349 and N279).
