We have available a large double room in a big house share in upper Edmonton with great transport links. You can get to Enfield town in 20 minutes and central London 30-40 minutes as we are ideally located by an Overground station and a short bus ride from seven sisters underground station. The room has built in wardrobes and has plenty of space for desks/ extra furniture so would easily accommodate a couple at a price of £600 per month.
The bills are split between the housemates and can vary between 40-60 per person, per month depending on gas usage; we are however conscious of our energy consumption and would appreciate a like minded house mate.
The house has a large garden that has been used to plant veggies previously, a fair sized living room and dining table which we communally use to eat/ watch films. The kitchen and toilet are also spacious and kept clean.
The current flatmates are all working professionals, with varying shift patterns so we are courteous of one another's needs when it comes to keeping a harmonious living environment. We are Elisa, Fabio, Rebecca and Angelica (Angelica spends most of her time in Italy working the warmer months) We speak a mixture of Italian, Spanish, English and some very basic German and we are queer friendly and welcome all nationalities.
We are looking for someone easy going who will enjoy socialising and actually living with us although we all enjoy our own privacy and can really appreciate each other's personal space.
We share interests in music, theatre, animal rights, we sometimes cook together and do a house shop together and make sure we work together to keep a clean and tidy house- although we are not uptight!
We have a beautifully lazy cat named Waffle who is placcid and very well behaved (goes to the toilet in the right place and sticks to the furniture he is allowed on) we would consider welcoming other furry friends into our household but they would need to be well mannered and be treated consistently by all house mates in regards to house rules and limitless affection. Waffle has previously lived with a dog, cat and hamster so we know he is versatile with meeting new friends.
We are ideally looking for a vegan to join our house or someone who is genuinely interested in following a plant based diet. We are by no means the vegan police, what you do outside of the house is up to you but we would appreciate respect and cooperation in our home 😊
We work varying shifts so if you text Rebecca she can get back to you regarding arranging a viewing/interview
