Double room with built in wardrobe in a 3 bed maisonette - £700. Bills and broadband are included.

Separate bathroom and shower rooms.

Kitchen is well maintained with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, fridge and freezer.

The flat is fully furnished with an airy but homely feel. We also have a lovely garden with rear access.

Archway- Zone 2
Near transport/amenities on Holloway Road and Hornsey Road

Upper Holloway Overground is 5 mins walk and Archway Underground is 10mins walk (24 hour tube over weekend).

Areas close by - Crouch End, Camden, Islington, Hampstead Heath, Highgate as well as many more.

With an Odeon cinema, Library, Fitness gyms and Swimming pool all within walking distance.

We are a friendly easy going couple who currently live with 1 other.

We also have a gorgeously cute Yorkie Russell puppy called Albert (he’s on my profile picture 😊). He sleeps in our room at night but will be around communally.

We are not a party household but are sociable with respect for others privacy and space. We are looking for a clean, considerate, honest, respectful professional who’s also a dog lover to share with us.
