Two rooms are available in a lovely big house.

The house is inside a very quiet court with gated access. It has 4 bedrooms and is split on 4 levels: the available rooms are both on the 2nd floor where there is also the full bathroom shared between 3 housemates (the ground floor room has its own bathroom).

The rooms are next to each other and both come with a double bed and and a big white wardrobe. There is also an extra storage closet outside each room, where you can keep your suitcases etc. As the house is inside a court, and the rooms are very quiet and both get lots of sunlight during the day and have good windows that keep the warmth inside during the winter.

The kitchen is fully fitted (with dishwasher as well), and has a nice island that overlooks the living room area, furnished with a big table, sofas, TV and lots of space to store your things as well as a small balcony. Powerful WI-FI throughout the house.

There is also a very big roof top terrace with table and chairs and view of the Shard.

The bathroom has a bath/shower and all the usual stuff.

Rent includes water but Council tax, energy and internet/Virgin TV are on top of that. It''s normally around an extra £60 a month unless it's time for the quarterly energy bill, which can vary depending on the time of year but never seems to be too much.

Three of the four current housemates happen to be moving out for pastures new at the same time and one guy will be left on the ground floor. He's a great and easy to get on with.

The area is very nice and there are local pubs and cafes all around the place. Finsbury Park and Archway are 10 minutes walk away (or less by bus 210); Highgate and Hampstead are also a jog away. The lively Crouch End is 10 minutes by bus 91 and Camden can be reached in 10 minutes by bus or tube.

Bus 91 stops very close by and goes all the way to Trafalgar Square passing by Caledonian Road station. Buses to the city (Moorgate and London bridge) stop on the Holloway Road which is 7 minutes walk away.
