Me and my partner are moving out, which means there is a lovely room up for grabs. The room is £740/month and is available from the 21st of January. The room comes furnished with brand new furniture including a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, 2 wall shelves and some built in storage.
There is a shared kitchen, equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, 4 burner hob, toaster, kettle etc. There is one shared bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and heated towel rack. The flat also has a large shared living room with lounge, giant bean bag and dining table, (all new furniture too).
Rent is separate from all utility bills, council tax, tv license, internet. This would come to a total of £113.90 per month, and the following is a breakdown of each per month:
Gas – £39
Council tax – £55.50
Internet – £6.50
TV license - £12.90
The tenancy agreement has a minimum of 7 months left on it, but with the possibility to extend. The security deposit is the equivalent of 5 weeks rent, so in this case £854.
You will be living with 1 awesome kiwi girl in her early twenties. If you are into fashion and literature you will get on great! She is working in the fashion/journalism industry in her dream job!
The neighbours are lovely and welcoming and live downstairs.
Archway/Upper Holloway is a really nice area to live and has a lot to offer! There is an Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all within 5-10mins walk away. Great bus links that stop at the end of the street that take you to bustling Angel in under 30mins! Which has a Vue cinema, heaps of pubs and great boutique shopping.
Central London is 15-20 minutes away via the Northern Line. Hampstead Heath is roughly 20 minutes’ walk away and Crouch End the same.
The ideal person would be a working professional who is clean and tidy, sociable and easy going.
