Spacious, light-flooded living room

Looking for a girl to replace me in this lovely flat in Holloway.
After 2.5 happy years in this place I am very sad to leave to move closer to work. The flat is genuinely the best place I have lived in. It is spacious, bright and feels like a real home!

ROOM
Small double bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and shelves. There is an additional built-in closet just outside the room and storage space under the bed (I am happy to leave my IKEA underbed storage boxes). The room is small, but has surprisingly much storage space. Plus, it warms up very quickly in winter.

THE FLAT
The flat is split across 3 levels with a big open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, smoothie-maker.

The flat has huge windows throughout, which means we get lots of light, even in winter. The highlight of the flat is the large, south-facing terrace & garden, where we grow our own tomatoes & chilies.

LOCATION
The flat is located in a quiet, tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. There's a bus stop 2 min away with buses taking you to Holloway Road Station (10 min), Highbury Islington (15 min) and Archway (5 min).

There are a small Sainsbury's and Tesco just 4 min away or a large Morrison's and an Aldi 10 min away. Very good Indian or Pizza takeaway just around the corner for those hangover days.

In 5 minutes walking distance, you can find an ODEON cinema, a live music bar, and two cosy neighbourhood pubs.

FLATMATES
You will be sharing with 2 super friendly girls, Anna and Maria, both in their early 30's. You can look forward to Anna's 5* Italian Lasagne & Banana Bread and Maria's home-brewed ginger beer. They'll always have time for a chat and ad hoc therapy sessions and for occasional movie/TV show nights and flatmate dinners.

YOU
We are looking for someone who considers and treats this place like a home and not just a place to crash. We have had very different personalities in this flat, but it's always been harmonious and respectful. If you feel you would fit in nicely, please send us a message with a short description.
