Bright and spacious double room in a modern house

The room is very bright, with half frosted windows for privacy

I'm moving back with my family so I'll (sadly) have to leave my room in this lovely 4 bed house.

The room is on the ground floor and faces a quiet side street. It comes equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf and a desk and there is space for armchair by the window.

The house has a big kitchen/lounge with a TV, 2 sofas and an armchair, a coffee table and a kitchen table with chairs.
The kitchen area is fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer) and has plenty of storage
The house has a pebble garden and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, the other with a shower and a bath.
The lounge and downstairs landing have been recently fitted with a new wooden floor. The rooms and stairs are carpeted.

The new contract would start on the 13th August, but I'm moving back to my family so the move in date can be flexible to suit your needs

The current housemates are friendly professionals and include:

- Phil, a dancer and software engineer. He has a personal preference for clean common areas. He wants everyone to feel at home in the house and values honest and positive conversations.
- Isaac, a developer from London interested in arts, sports and films

Bills (water, gas/electricity, council tax and internet) are not included in the rent.
