Hi! Offering a double room in N19, in a 4 room nice victorian house within a very quiet road close to Upper Holloway. Due to work relocation I will soon have to leave the property and I'm looking at someone to replace me. The room is rented through an agency.
The room is on the lower floor of the property, very spacious and bright, it includes all the furniture you can see in the pictures apart from the coat hanger and the chair but if you're interested something can be arranged.
The house of course has kitchen with full appliances, one bathroom and an a small patio.
The area is very quiet, there's gym and shops nearby and it's quite well connected, with Northern, Victoria and Picadilly line within 15 minutes walk and buses to the town centre.
