We are looking for an easygoing respectful person to join 3 hard-working professionals.
The room is on the second floor in a 4-bedroom Victorian terrace house.

The rent includes Council Tax, all utility bills and Wi-Fi.

It is a lovely furnished room: clean, spacious, wooden floors, high ceilings with lots of light. Its a very large double room so ample space for other items of furniture.

Facilities include a large kitchen/diner with TV, two toilets, double shower, large bath, washing machine, well maintained garden with seating area and BBQ equipment.

We are bike friendly and you can store your bike in garden/shed/room. There is on-street parking and the road is quiet. We have lovely neighbours.

The property is close to transport links. 
Buses run from the end of the road to several stations also within walking distance. All amenities are within walking distance.

There is a lovely community square/garden on the road, a gym 5 minutes walk and a gorgeous gastropub on the next road that overlooks the community square/garden.

We are not anti-smokers, so happy for smokers to use the garden.
