The room is the biggest in an all-girl flat and has a large bay window so it gets loads of light and is lovely and bright throughout the day. The room is large (3.5x.3.5m approx, plus the bay window) with high ceilings and has a double bed, lots of storage and space for a desk. You will be living with Jodie from New Zealand who works in HR and Libby an Australian who is a teacher, both in their in their early 30s. Libby has lived here nearly 5 years and Jodie about 10 months.

We are looking for someone who is sociable and doesn't mind having impromptu house dinners when everyone's home from time to time, otherwise we like to spent a quiet night in with a G&T.

The house is very clean, warm and homely, it has a really good sized garden which has been brilliant during lockdown and double glazing (both pretty rare in London!), a shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. The street is quiet and residential, mostly families and young professionals, with a small park/grass land opposite the house.

The flat is lovely and is fully furnished including a washing machine.

Monthly rental: The room is £613 per month + 1 third of the household bills (approx £90pm), and 1 month deposit.
