Sublet in Holloway

I am subletting my room from the beginning of July due to a work commitment for 3 month (until end of September).

The house has 3 floors - a kitchen-living room in the basement. Entrance floor with 2 rooms. And top floor with 2 rooms, a big bathroom with bathtub and shower. We have an extra toilet on the landing that leads to the garden.
We have a big garden a massive kitchen-living room area (half conservatory) that leads to the garden.

My room is in the backyard, top floor. It's quiet, has morning sun and you can even hear the birds sing in the morning. You can't hear close by Holloway Raod at all.
The size is really good as well. It comes with a bed, cupboard and shelves.

The housemates are all professionals between their mid-30s / early 40s. Greek, Spanish and English - I am Austrian. One teacher, one works for a homeless care service and one in mental health support. I work in the arts.

The vibe is easy going and respectful. Better than family actually.

(Re. pictures: I am about to pack atm and would leave the room empty except for some of the books if it's ok.)
