We have one clean and tidy fully furnished bedroom available now for viewing this weekend. The two bedroom flat is on the first floor of a small block on a nice street in Archway, Upper Holloway, There is a good size kitchen/diner and one bathroom. The flat is 5 minutes walk to Archway Tube Station (Northern Line Zone 2) and Upper Holloway Overground. There are various bus stops to City and West End and buses are running frequently. The flat is close to amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, great pubs and shops. Whittington Park and Waterlow Park are both within walking distance. Off street parking available with permit from the council.

The flat has wooden flooring. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with a large wooden dinning table, Neff cooker/double oven, extraction fan and double sink. Various kitchen utensils including pots and pans, plates and cutlery are provided too. There is a washing machine. Heating and hot water are from a combi boiler.

Rent per calendar month is £1,000 for the room, inclusive of all utility bills, council tax and fast broadband. We are looking for a tidy and clean, considerate non-smoking professional or student to share the flat with the existing tenant.
