Bright, Friendly With Gorgeous Views

Hello everyone,

My name is Laila and I'm looking for friendly and tidy flatmate to come share my lovely flat.

Move in date is flexible, but preferably before 01/08/2020.

I'm relaxed & welcoming, quite arty and out quite a bit socially (well I was before all this c-19 nonsense!) and very busy with my work.

Ideally I'm looking for someone similar, someone who doesn't mind sharing a meal every now and again or flopping in front of the telly.

Because I’m so busy I have created a really warm space to come home to completely unwind in - I'm all about balance in life. I've lived with intro & extroverts really well as I'm a bit of both and very adaptable.

This is a fabulous flat in a terrific location. It was a new split-level conversion when we moved in 8 years ago.
We deal directly with the landlord who is quick to respond with any issues & very respectful of our space.

Your potential new room is a large double bedroom, North West facing, tons of natural light, comes with a double bed, cupboard, side table, bookshelf, full-length mirror & chest of drawers - and with lots of room. If you don't need all of that, I'm sure the landlord would take anything away that you don't want.

The kitchen is well equipped (I'm a bit of a foodie) & has lots of storage space & there's a little wicker table and chairs for breakie & Sunday papers.

The lounge has two large sofas, 42" TV (Amazon & Netflix provided free) and a dining table and four chairs. I run a film festival & work in book publishing, so there is a wall of DVDs & books.

The bathroom is very clean with a shower over the bath, some plants & candles and we use Who Gives a Crap dunny paper..

The block is a floor higher than anything surrounding so you get a perfect view of the summer sun setting over Highgate Hill from the balcony/terrace & you can see the Shard out the other side of the building. There's a little table setting for 2, a larger seat and bbq on the terrace and lots of herbs and flowers.

All the flats in the block are alarmed and our neighbours downstairs are very respectful and tend to keep to themselves.
