Seeking an awesome lodger to live with me in my beautiful, bright, modern flat. I am not just renting a room but rather looking for someone I can get on well with and welcome into my home, so please continue reading.

I teach the flute in my flat during the day so NEED SOMEONE WHO IS OUT WORKING DURING THE DAY.

I am a musician and a friendly, sociable, easy-going, self-aware, spiritual, open person. Looking for an open-minded person preferably with some similar qualities. Creative/free thinking/free spirits a bonus. I am 41 years old but very young spirit and get on well with all ages. I like my own space but equally would like my lodger to be someone I could hang out with at times. I like electronic music and going out dancing at friendly events. I also make electronic music and play live flute with it so sometimes perform in this country and abroad and sometimes organise events. As well
as sometimes going out socialising and going to music events etc, I like to chill, watch movies, see friends or be in nature.

Convenient location at Crown Point, right opposite LIDL! Also has a post office, pharmacies, takeaways, corner shops and a Tesco all right next to the flat. Lots of parks and green spaces nearby.
