Looking for a new place down South? Great choice, it's the best part of London!

With the summer our house in Crystal Palace is going through a re-shuffle of the tenants: we are currently looking for someone to move into the larger double bedroom from the 25th of July.

Rent is normally due on the 15th of every month, however since the current room's tenant is leaving at a later date, the first rent will be adjusted according to your move-in date.

We've lived here for four years and we truly love this place: the spacious living room is great for dinners with friends, the kitchen has a funky mural painted by our landlord's kids, and the back garden is an amazing green oasis to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city - when you've chilled on a hammock on a Sunday afternoon sipping on your favourite drink there's no going back!

Your room is a large double with built-in wardrobe: the current room's occupant is selling their furniture for an extra fee - please get in touch for more details.

Bills are *not* included, they vary between £100 and £150 a month each. The gardener however is included in the rent!

The area is brilliant: a park around every corner, 432 bus stop is 2 minutes away and gets you to Brixton in 20/30 minutes depending on when you travel during the day; alternatively, Gipsy Hill train station is just a 10-minute walk and gets you to Clapham Junction, Victoria or London Bridge in less than half an hour.

Crystal Palace Triangle is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away: plenty of restaurants to choose from (we have a few favourites and are more than happy to share the wisdom), a Sainsbury's for your weekly shopping, and an EveryMan theatre for the slightly fancier movie goers.

As for your new housemates, we're two young professionals currently working from home in film VFX & post-production. We like good food, movies, wine and coffee.

We're looking for someone to share a home: have a chat and occasional dinners together, take care of the communal areas and respect everyone's space. Pets are absolutely welcome!
